In this vital role, you will support the successful delivery of complex commercial construction projects by overseeing daily site operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety compliance. Your leadership will help drive project efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and foster effective communication among teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects while developing your managerial expertise in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist the Superintendent in managing all phases of construction projects from start to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets Coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 and other project management software to optimize workflow and resource allocation Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure accurate implementation on-site Supervise on-site crews, manage subcontractors, and oversee daily activities to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards Monitor construction safety regulations in compliance with OSHA and federal safety standards; conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety protocols Collaborate with project teams to review contracts, change orders, and project documentation using ProCore, Prolog, and Bluebeam software tools Oversee quality control processes, conduct inspections, and ensure work meets all specifications and regulatory requirements Manage project scheduling coordination, track progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed Supervise the review of construction drawings and technical documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before execution Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project flow Skills Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and Prolog Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction practices including pipeline projects and commercial building sites Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction schedules accurately In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards; experience conducting safety audits Skilled in managing teams within a construction management role; excellent crew supervision and leadership abilities Competence in managing contracts, change orders, budgeting, and project documentation processes Effective managerial communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders Hands-on experience supervising construction site activities with a focus on quality control and safety compliance Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical components when applicable Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Join us in shaping the future of infrastructure by leading impactful projects that make a difference!
