Compensation:
Depends on Qualifications This position requires an individual who can take direction and perform work independently on a commercial construction work site. There is opportunity for growth within the company with the right approach to work.
Skill sets include:
blue print reading, selective demolition, lay-out, coordinating other trades, rough framing (mostly metal), painting, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, installing doors/frames/hardware, installing casework, performing punch list items, and installing floor covering. OSHA certification is a plus. This individual will be directly responsible for overseeing jobsite activities and performing hands on tasks as needed. This individual works closely with the General Superintendent in a team environment. Must have professional image, integrity, be detailed oriented, own a vehicle, provide great customer service, provide valid DL, and clear a back ground check. Must show up on time and be willing to work weekends and after-hours due to the hospital environment. OSHA 10 Paid vacation 401K available Health Insurance Please send resume.
