Job Description

We are pleased to announce that we are growing our team by adding an additional Project Superintendent to oversee communities in the Charleston Area. Responsibilities:
Manage job sites and community daily Schedule and oversee municipal inspections Use centralized scheduling tools to progress projects thru the build schedule. Monitor subcontractor performance to verify work is being completed in a timely manner and adheres to scope of work Perform internal inspections as part of CPHs Quality Assurance Process Maintain a safe working environment on every job site that complies with all state and federal governing agencies Approve subcontractor payments and monitor job budgets Communicate on a regular basis with Center Park Group's management team and the client throughout the construction process to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree in construction science or other relative study preferred.
