You'll lead our Service and Projects Departments, support our electricians, meet with customers and inspectors, improve our systems, and help build one of the best electrical companies in the Carolinas. - Electrical industry experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Able to organize crews, schedules, and materials
- Strong communication with employees, customers, builders, and inspectors
- Ability to solve problems without creating drama
- Hold people accountable while earning their respect
- Willing to jump in and help with small repairs, troubleshooting, or urgent service calls when the team needs you—no job is beneath a great leader.
- Protect quality, customer experience, and company profitability
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Clean driver's license
- Honest, dependable, and someone who leads by example This position is responsible for:
- Leading our Service and Projects Departments from estimate handoff through job completion.
- Scheduling crews and coordinating daily operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinating material purchasing, vendor relationships, and material availability to keep crews productive.
- Meeting with customers, inspectors, builders, and general contractors to ensure successful job execution.
- Reviewing completed jobs, technician notes, photos, and invoices before final closeout.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing electricians while holding the team accountable to J&E standards.
- Leading the onboarding and field training of new employees to set them up for long-term success.
- Maintaining quality control and ensuring work consistently passes inspection.
- Promoting a strong safety culture by enforcing company safety policies, supporting OSHA compliance, and conducting jobsite safety inspections.
- Overseeing company vehicles, tools, and equipment to keep them organized, maintained, and job-ready.
- Helping recruit, interview, and build an exceptional team.
- Protecting company profit by managing labor efficiency, schedules, job progress, and customer satisfaction.
