• Electrical industry experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Able to organize crews, schedules, and materials
• Strong communication with employees, customers, builders, and inspectors
• Ability to solve problems without creating drama
• Hold people accountable while earning their respect
• Willing to jump in and help with small repairs, troubleshooting, or urgent service calls when the team needs you—no job is beneath a great leader.
• Protect quality, customer experience, and company profitability
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Clean driver's license
• Honest, dependable, and someone who leads by example This position is responsible for:
• Leading our Service and Projects Departments from estimate handoff through job completion.
• Scheduling crews and coordinating daily operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinating material purchasing, vendor relationships, and material availability to keep crews productive.
• Meeting with customers, inspectors, builders, and general contractors to ensure successful job execution.
• Reviewing completed jobs, technician notes, photos, and invoices before final closeout.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing electricians while holding the team accountable to J&E standards.
• Leading the onboarding and field training of new employees to set them up for long-term success.
• Maintaining quality control and ensuring work consistently passes inspection.
• Promoting a strong safety culture by enforcing company safety policies, supporting OSHA compliance, and conducting jobsite safety inspections.
• Overseeing company vehicles, tools, and equipment to keep them organized, maintained, and job-ready.
• Helping recruit, interview, and build an exceptional team.
• Protecting company profit by managing labor efficiency, schedules, job progress, and customer satisfaction.
