Job Description

A nationally recognized general contractor is hiring an Electrical Superintendent to lead large-scale, ground-up data center and commercial projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven field leader who thrives in high-performance environments where safety, schedule, and coordination are everything. As the lead electrical superintendent, you'll oversee every phase of on-site delivery—from mobilization through commissioning—on fast-paced, technically demanding builds. You'll coordinate with trade partners, manage daily execution, and drive the field team to deliver operationally ready facilities under aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate field operations across trades, vendors, and internal teams to maintain progress and site safety Lead daily meetings, enforce schedule compliance, and implement quality assurance protocols Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of power, mechanical, and life-safety systems Serve as the primary site liaison for owners, consultants, and project leadership Mentor assistant supers and uphold high-performance expectations across the field team
Qualifications:
7+ years of field supervision experience on large commercial or mission-critical construction projects Strong knowledge of MEP system integration, trade sequencing, and commissioning workflows Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar) Willing to travel full-time for project-based assignments (per diem + housing provided) What's on
