Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional management skills, extensive construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of construction management software and technical drawings. As a Construction Superintendent, you will coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, interpret technical documents, and uphold safety protocols to deliver successful project outcomes. Duties Lead daily operations on construction sites, supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to project plans. Oversee quality control processes by conducting regular inspections, reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring adherence to project standards. Coordinate with project managers on contract administration, change orders, and ensuring all work aligns with contractual obligations. Utilize construction management software such as RedTeam Go, ProCore, or Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and collaboration purposes. Extensive hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings. Strong knowledge of contracts management processes including change orders and contractual obligations. Ability to coordinate with sub-contractors effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality control. Construction safety management expertise including OSHA compliance training certifications preferred..
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
