Currently, we are hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support a large-scale mission critical project in York County, South Carolina.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assistant Superintendent in supervising field activities and related work Assist in planning and coordinating daily/short-term construction activities Supervise site operations and subcontractors Enforce safety (EHS) and quality (QA/QC) standards Assist in tracking schedule, progress, and resolving delays Maintain site documentation (logs, RFIs, as-builts) Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to client, design and engineering team, subcontractors and inspectors Support commissioning, validation, and project handover

Requirements:

3+ year's experience in a similar role, ideally on a mission critical, semiconductor or similar large-scale project Bachelors degree in construction management or engineering preferred Solid scheduling and coordination skills (lookaheads, sequencing) Leadership and subcontractor management experience Strong focus on safety (EHS) and quality (QA/QC) Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Experience with commissioning and turnover processes Good communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits Medical /Vision and Dental Insurance Matching 401K contributions Competitive salary

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
