Full-time We are a leading construction company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Federal Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
Responsibilities:
Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed according to plan. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project. Develop project schedules and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the project. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of the project and address any concerns they may have. Ensure that all work performed on the project is in compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Manage the project team, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure that they are meeting project requirements. Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in federal construction project management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
