Are you a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager/Estimator looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Do you have a passion for overseeing construction projects from start to finish and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget? If so, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from inception to completion. Provide accurate cost estimates and bid proposals for potential projects. Coordinate and work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. Oversee and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management and estimating. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively. Proficiency in construction project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
