The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with the ability to supervise teams, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that work is performed safely and efficiently. Supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship. Oversee project scheduling and coordinate activities among contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Review contracts and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Utilize software tools such as Builder Trend for project scheduling and documentation management. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations on-site. Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders regarding project status. Experience Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Experience in managing budgets and contracts effectively. Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera; familiarity with Prolog is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings; understanding of pipeline construction is desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances on-site. Familiarity with tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical testing is advantageous.
