Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Operate heavy machinary. Manage and coordinate crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards. Review and implement technical drawings, blueprints, and construction schedules to facilitate accurate execution of tasks. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular site inspections. Oversee quality control processes, including blueprint review and construction drawing interpretation to maintain high standards. Review contracts and manage contractual obligations to ensure all work aligns with legal requirements and project scope. Maintain detailed records of project activities, safety incidents, inspections, and progress reports for transparency and accountability. Experience Proven experience managing commercial or heavy civil construction projects in a supervisory role. Strong background in supervising teams on construction sites with excellent crew management skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and coordinate construction schedules effectively. Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations along with experience implementing safety protocols on-site. Excellent managerial communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders efficiently.
