This GC serves a diverse range of sectors, including education, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, retail, office, multifamily, financial, and automotive projects, and is recognized for its client-focused approach and commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. Job Description Manage daily construction site operations to ensure progress aligns with project schedules. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate with project managers to address challenges and adjust plans as needed. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and any changes to plans. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Ensure materials and resources are available and used efficiently. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Ground up construction experience. Commercial construction experience. Familiarity with construction practices and safety standards. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Experience with project management and scheduling tools.
