Job Description Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. Support the project team in maintaining schedules and budgets. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress updates. Oversee compliance with safety standards and regulations. Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members to resolve issues. Monitor project performance and provide recommendations for improvements. Participate in meetings and contribute to decision-making processes. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in construction management (Required) Commercial construction experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role Experience with retail, adaptive reuse, medical office, restaurant, or office projects preferred What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $95,000 annually.
