In this role, you will supervise electrical crews, manage schedules, coordinate with other trades, and ensure work meets NEC, safety, and quality standards. You'll oversee material planning, inspections, and issue resolution while mentoring technicians. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects Plan and coordinate daily jobsite activities and manpower Ensure compliance with NEC, company, and jobsite safety standards Review and interpret electrical drawings, specs, and submittals Coordinate work with other trades, GC, and project managers Monitor quality of installations and perform inspections and testing Manage material orders, deliveries, and inventory on site Track progress, address field issues, and support schedule adherence Train and mentor electricians and apprentices Communicate project status and issues to leadership and clients Required Skills Electrical installation Blueprint reading Project scheduling Crew supervision Safety management Quality control Material planning NEC code compliance Construction documentation Coordination with trades
