Job Description

job summary: An Assistant Superintendent / Senior Field Coordinator is needed for a leading manufacturing organization outside of Jackson, TN. The Assistant Superintendent will act as the owner's representative leading building construction projects and oversee daily site operations. You will serve as the vital link between in-field activities and project management, ensuring all work aligns with budgets, safety standards, and master schedules. Candidates must possess at least 10 years of industrial construction experience with a technical command of building means and methods. Proficiency in drawing reviews, Microsoft Office, and a valid OSHA 30 certification are required, alongside the physical stamina to navigate large-scale manufacturing plants. This is a contract role slated to last over a year. Our client is only seeking local talent currently.
