• Rehab, Repairs & Property Maintenance We are seeking experienced independent handyman contractors to assist with residential repairs, small remodels, property rehabs, junk removal, and exterior maintenance projects.

This role is ideal for professionals who already operate their own handyman or home-service business and want access to consistent job opportunities. Work may include a mix of: Typical Job Tasks General handyman repairs Small remodel projects (bathroom updates, trim, fixtures, drywall repair) Property rehab and turnover work Door, faucet, fixture, and hardware installation Basic carpentry and patch work Junk removal and debris haul-away Lawn mowing and exterior cleanup for rental properties Property maintenance for residential homes Many jobs involve light hauling, junk removal, or materials transport, so having a truck or trailer is required.
