Job Description Coordinate and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and completion. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial targets are met. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have: Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Ground up experience in education, higher education, municipal, retail, restaurant, hospitality, and mixed-use Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
