They work on a range of commercial projects including retail, warehouses, MOBs, Offices, Assisted Living & more. Using a range of delivery methods, every day is different for their team. On Offer Opportunity to lead the estimating team. Work directly with the Owner and be involved in company strategy. Heavy client involvement. Requirements Minimum of 8 years of Estimating/Preconstruction Experience. Experience in Conceptual/Schematic Estimating. Proven track record of working on projects similar to those above. Enjoys leading and mentoring other team members.
