A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing multiple commercial construction projects from turnover through completion and closeout Developing project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements Leading project kickoff meetings and coordinating internal and external stakeholders Monitoring project costs, profitability, labor performance, cash flow, and forecasting Reviewing contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, purchase agreements, and change orders Managing procurement activities and coordinating long-lead materials Partnering with Superintendents and Foremen to support field execution, labor planning, and production Maintaining project schedules and developing recovery plans when milestones are at risk Conducting project site visits, quality inspections, and constructability reviews Managing project documentation, compliance records, reporting, and communication Coordinating commissioning, punch-list completion, turnover, and closeout activities Supporting schedules of value, monthly billing, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting Reviewing project invoices and monitoring estimated final costs Coordinating vendors, subcontractors, engineering resources, and material releases Building productive relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, clients, vendors, and project partners Promoting a culture of safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement Providing guidance and mentorship to junior project team members What You Bring You are an organized, decisive construction professional who can manage competing priorities without losing sight of project details, client commitments, or financial performance.Qualified candidates should have:
Five or more years of commercial construction project management experience A bachelor's degree or preferred four to five years of related experience Equivalent relevant industry experience may be considered At least six months of field installation experience Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of commercial construction practices and contract administration Experience developing and managing project budgets Strong scheduling, resource planning, and cost-control capabilities The ability to review and interpret contracts, construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals Strong leadership, delegation, and team-development skills Sound judgment and effective problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Sage 100, or similar project management and accounting systems A valid driver's license OSHA 30 certification Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred: Electronic security integration Correctional or detention facility construction Government construction projects Access control systems Video surveillance systems Intercom systems Procore Travel and Work Environment This position requires regular travel throughout Tennessee and surrounding areas. Occasional overnight travel to project locations throughout the United States may be required based on business and project needs. The Construction Project Manager works in a combination of office, project field office, client-facing, and active construction job-site environments. The position regularly interacts with Project Management, Field Operations, Engineering, clients, general contractors, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.Job-site conditions may include:
