Bilingual Labor Foreman (English/Spanish) - Nashville, TN

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Bilingual Labor Foreman (English/Spanish) for an immediate start in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to take on a key role on an active construction site with consistent hours and the potential for long-term employment.

Pay & Schedule

Pay:

$30-$32 per hour (based on experience)

Hours:

10 hours shifts working 5 to 6 days per week

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday

Position Overview

The Bilingual Labor Foreman will oversee daily field operations, lead labor crews, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills combined with hands-on construction experience. The Foreman will work closely with site superintendents to coordinate daily priorities and maintain productivity on the job site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise labor crews on active construction sites

Coordinate daily tasks and priorities with site superintendents

Oversee general labor activities, including:

Spreading gravel

Installing toe boards and handrails

Site cleanup and organization

Water pump-out and site drainage

Moving barricades and managing site logistics

Coordinating dumpster swaps and waste removal

Monitor material usage and anticipate project needs

Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment

Assist with hands-on labor duties as needed

Serve as a communication bridge between English- and Spanish-speaking team members

Qualifications

Previous experience leading crews in construction or industrial environments

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily workflow

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment

Experience with general site labor and cleanup operations

Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work (up to 50 lbs.)

Reliable transportation required

Must be authorized to work in the United States
