Since 1969, they have built a reputation for excellence in construction management, general contracting, and design-build services across commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, industrial, multifamily, and senior living sectors Job Description Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors to achieve project goals. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards at all times. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Address any issues or challenges promptly to minimize disruptions. Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Manage site logistics, including materials and equipment. Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience with managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Effective leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards. Strong communication and organizational skills.
