With a growing pipeline of manufacturing, distribution, and automotive projects across multiple states, the organization offers consistent project flow and long-term growth opportunities. Job Description Assist in managing ground-up industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and documentation Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution Maintain project documentation and reporting across all phases MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 3-7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction Exposure to light industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or similar project types preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to travel full-time to project sites What's on Offer Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000. Truck allowance + gas card. $1,150/week per diem. ESOP program. Structured travel rotation (home every other week). Exposure to multi-state industrial projects.
