The Successful Applicant 5-15+ years of superintendent experience in industrial or commercial construction Strong background in ground-up industrial, manufacturing, or distribution projects Proven leadership and ability to run jobsite operations independently Willingness to travel full-time What's on Offer Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000 $900/month truck allowance + gas card $4,800/month per diem ESOP program Structured travel rotation Multi-state project exposure
