Insurance Restoration Contractor in Smyrna/Middle TN area looking for an experienced project manager for full time employment.

Duties include:

Initial site inspections Preparation of accurate scope of repairs Coordination with homeowners Materials selections and procurement Scheduling with sub-contractors & field employees for work completion maintaining communication lines between customers, insurance carriers, & work crews Oversight of repairs process to maintain quality and standards Job cost management and assist with potential supplements or Change Orders Management of multi-stage construction projects from start to finish Applicants must be organized, detailed oriented, and have great communication skills.
