Not specified in the job description or bullhorn fields Overview Leading Data Center owner-side field performance team. In the field, not the trailer. Walking the work continuously, know the status of every active work front on your shift, and drive crews to completions. You connect directly with working foremen and craft at the gang box level, remove obstacles in real time, and push production and efficiency hour by hour. Responsibilities Lead the Data Center owner-side field performance team, ensuring continuous presence across assigned areas during each shift Provide hourly production reporting, tracking work completed, identifying blockers, and outlining next steps Deliver daily reports to the Owner's delivery lead regarding completions, manpower, and operational constraints Work closely with foremen and crews to clear obstacles, sequence work efficiently, and maintain pace Identify and flag material, equipment, access, and coordination issues before they impact schedule Verify progress claims in the field, ensuring accuracy beyond reports Requirements 10+ years of field supervision experience in large-scale mechanical construction Experience with Data Center cooling system installation and commissioning Proven record of driving production on schedule-critical projects Ability to operate independently and report directly to the owner OSHA 30 certification Certified welding inspector or certified welding supervisor preferred System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
