The Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of contracted services for sub-contractor on large active construction site. What You'll Work On Performing duties of manger, superintendent, and/or technician, as needed Establishing daily production goals based on overall plan Managing and assisting in all work daily
•Crew size varies from 4 to 8 staff Interface with general contractor, other trades, vendors, and home office Conducting weekly tool box talks Generate and manage daily and weekly work reports Other duties as assigned or required Qualifications 3+ years experience supervising crew is required. Previous experience in a similar position with focus on crew management is required. Construction Project experience is preferred. OSHA-10 required, OSHA-30 preferred. Attention to detail is a must. Reliable vehicle. Ability to read blueprints
•familiarize with site and building names. Strong communication skills required. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Valid driver's license and clear driving record required. Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test Able to work up to 50 hours per week. Project currently has 1st shift but chance of 2nd shift is always possible. Able to lift at least 30 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods of time. Willingness to travel.
