Are you financially sharp, highly organized, and comfortable taking full ownership of project performance? Do you build strong relationships while holding your team and trade partners accountable? Ratcliff Constructors, LP (RCLP) is looking for an experienced, driven Project Manager to join our team in Addison, Texas. In this role, you'll lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout, taking ownership of the budget, schedule, client experience, and overall project performance. You'll work closely with the Superintendent and project team to anticipate challenges, make sound decisions, and ensure each project meets RCLP's standards for safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout ✅ Own project budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, and overall financial performance ✅ Manage project buyout, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders ✅ Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, document control, and closeout requirements ✅ Identify project risks early and develop solutions that protect the client, project, and company ✅ Build strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and trade partners ✅ Partner with the Superintendent to align field execution with project expectations ✅ Lead owner, architect, and contractor meetings with confidence and professionalism ✅ Provide direction and support to
Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers Who You Are:
✔ An experienced commercial construction professional with at least five years of industry experience, including a minimum of two years in a Project Manager role ✔ Proven in independently managing project financials, client relationships, and subcontractor performance ✔ Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy or urgency ✔ A confident communicator who can lead meetings, navigate challenges, and represent RCLP professionally ✔ Knowledgeable in commercial construction contracts, delivery methods, cost forecasting, and change order administration ✔ Proficient in CMiC, P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office ✔ A graduate in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, although equivalent commercial construction experience may be considered ✔ Experienced with public and private construction projects; K-12 educational or municipal experience is a plus This position reports to our Addison, Texas office and requires regular travel to project sites and client meetings.
