Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and milestones Review construction drawings and technical documents to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth workflow Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety compliance in accordance with OSHA and federal safety regulations Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety Oversee the review of contracts, change orders, and procurement processes Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders through clear managerial communication and team management practices Ensure construction safety protocols are followed diligently by supervising crew management and enforcing OSHA standards Conduct blueprint reading sessions, interpret technical drawings, and oversee construction schedule coordination for seamless project execution Requirements Proven experience (5 years minimum) in commercial construction management with a strong track record supervising large-scale projects Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or other relevant tools Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately Demonstrated experience managing teams in a fast-paced construction environment with excellent leadership skills Strong understanding of project scheduling, construction safety management, budgeting, and contract administration Hands-on site experience with a focus on construction scheduling coordination and supervision of crews Effective communication skills to manage diverse teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies Join us as a Construction Superintendent to lead impactful projects that shape communities while advancing your career in an energetic environment committed to excellence!
