Job Description Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through completion. Develop and execute site logistics, construction schedules, and sequencing plans. Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and oversee trade partner performance. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective action when needed. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications. Maintain project documentation including daily reports, logs, and progress tracking. Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience within industrial or large-scale commercial construction. Experience leading ground-up construction projects from site mobilization through closeout. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination. Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite personnel. Extensive knowledge of safety procedures, quality control, and project execution. OSHA 30 Certification preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse project teams. Ability to identify and resolve jobsite challenges proactively. Willingness to travel as required by project needs. What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $133,000 to $167,000.
