Site Director•After-School Program (2026-2027 School Year) Job Summary Elite Learning is now hiring a dedicated and dependable Site Director for the 2026-2027 school year beginning August 2026 . We're looking for a strong leader to oversee the daily operations of our after-school program, supervise a team of teachers, and create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where children can learn and thrive. 12:30 PM•6:00 PM Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of teachers, ensuring smooth daily program operations. Foster a consistent, positive, and engaging environment for students and staff. Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming after-school program. Coach, motivate, and support staff while upholding company policies and program standards. Collaborate professionally with school administrators, teachers, and district personnel. Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and school district guidelines. Maintain accurate attendance, enrollment, and program records using JackRabbit and other technology platforms. Communicate effectively with families using assigned Google Voice and email accounts. Build positive relationships with students, families, school staff, and community partners. Support student recruitment and program enrollment efforts. Maintain confidentiality of all student, family, and staff information. Coordinate program supplies, snacks, and educational materials. Complete required reports, documentation, and administrative tasks in a timely manner. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older . High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Child Development, Education, or a related field is preferred. Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting. Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification. Minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience in childcare, education, or a related field preferred. Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to engage, motivate, and supervise children while effectively managing behavior. Capable of light lifting and transporting program supplies as needed. Work Environment & Physical Demands Light physical activity with occasional lifting and moving of program supplies. Active supervision of children in both indoor and outdoor settings. May require extended periods of standing, walking, or computer work.
