PAY:

$50-$75/hour (based on experience)

ASAP Civil Superintendent Job Description:

We are looking for a high-level Civil Superintendent to lead and manage all civil construction activities . This role requires experience working in fast-paced, safety-driven environments with strict quality and schedule demands.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all civil scopes including site prep, earthwork, grading, excavation, underground utilities, concrete, foundations, and paving Manage and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to meet project schedules Read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and construction schedules Enforce site safety standards, site rules, and OSHA compliance Conduct daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reports Work closely with project managers, engineers, and inspectors Track productivity, manpower, and equipment usage Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid schedule impacts

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Civil Superintendent on large-scale commercial/ industrial projects Strong understanding of civil construction methods and sequencing MUST have OSHA 30 Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills

Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Must be able to pass background and drug screen
