Responsibilities Manage daily field operations from groundbreaking through project completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and onsite activities Maintain project schedules and ensure quality control on all phases of construction Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies Lead onsite meetings and communicate progress with project management teams Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution in the field Identify and resolve field issues in a timely and professional manner Requirements Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing Established relationships with quality subcontractors in the Southeast Texas market preferred Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and multiple scopes of work Strong leadership and communication skills Must be organized, proactive, and detail oriented Must be willing to travel up to 100 miles from Beaumont for project oversight Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Vehicle allowance/company vehicle opportunity Health benefits Paid time off Opportunity for advancement within a growing commercial construction company To apply, please send your resume and project experience to
