Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and field teams Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Lead buyout, subcontractor negotiations, and procurement Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates Ensure jobsite safety and compliance throughout all phases of construction Assist with estimating, value engineering, and problem solving as needed Requirements Minimum 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and scheduling Established subcontractor relationships and quality subcontractor list in the Southeast Texas market preferred Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and leadership skills Proficient in construction management software and project documentation Must be willing to travel up to 100 miles from Beaumont for project oversight Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Vehicle allowance/company vehicle opportunity Health benefits Paid time off Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing construction company To apply, please send your resume and project experience to
