What You'll Be Doing Lead daily ready mix plant and production activities to achieve safety, quality, service, and operational goals. Coordinate workforce, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient delivery of concrete products. Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture through coaching, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor product quality and operational performance, implementing corrective actions as needed. Build collaborative relationships with employees, customers, and internal business partners to support exceptional service. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated capability to lead teams, drive accountability, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment. Strong knowledge of ready mix operations, production processes, quality standards, and safety practices. Ability to effectively prioritize work, solve problems, and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and relationship-building skills with employees, customers, and stakeholders. Proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and continuous improvement practices. Work Environment Work is performed in a ready mix plant environment with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, noise, dust, and vibration. Requires the ability to inspect plant facilities, walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, and occasionally lift or move materials. Schedule flexibility may be required to support operational and customer needs. What We Offer $75,000
