Job Overview The Plumbing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all plumbing operations for a residential subdivision project from underground to final inspection. This role ensures the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with local codes and company standards.

Responsibilities Manage all phases:

underground, rough in (top out), and final trim Supervise and coordinate plumbing subcontractors and team members to maintain productivity and safety on site. Maintain production schedules aligned with builders timelines Supervise subcontractor crews Schedule inspections and ensure pass on first attemp Provide weekly progress reports (units completed, inspections passed, delays) Enforce OSHA and company safety policies Qualifications Proven experience managing subdivisions or multi-home projects Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and inspections

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
