Job Description
Bayfront Roofing and Construction is seeking a Construction Production Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects across Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend. You will plan and schedule crews, coordinate materials and subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality specifications. You'll collaborate closely with sales and customers, resolve site issues, document progress, and mentor field staff while supporting a safety-first, team-oriented culture focused on craftsmanship and service. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily roofing production for multiple projects. Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and productivity. Enforce all safety policies and OSHA standards on every jobsite. Coordinate materials, equipment, and inspections to keep projects on schedule. Monitor project budgets, minimize waste, and control labor and material costs. Communicate with customers, sales, and management regarding project status and issues. Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accurate execution. Conduct quality inspections and punch lists, resolving deficiencies promptly. Document project progress, incidents, and changes in a timely manner. Train and mentor field staff, promoting a safety-first, team-oriented culture.
