Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Superintendent specializing in Tilt Wall Construction to join our team. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all phases of tilt wall construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or HeavyBid software. Review construction drawings and technical specifications thoroughly to interpret complex blueprints and ensure accurate implementation on-site. Manage crews effectively by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee daily site operations, including safety compliance per OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections. Supervise the review of contracts and change orders to ensure scope accuracy and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and communication across teams. Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship meets project specifications; address any issues promptly to maintain high standards. Monitor project budgets and schedules diligently; implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, construction regulations, and environmental standards while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Skills Extensive experience in heavy commercial tilt wall construction with a proven track record of supervising large-scale projects. Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera (P6), Prolog, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards; adept at implementing comprehensive safety programs. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, project scheduling, and construction drawing review. Excellent crew management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively in fast-paced environments. Competence in managing contracts, change orders, budgeting processes, and project documentation. Ability to coordinate complex construction schedules while managing multiple stakeholders' expectations. Strong managerial communication skills; capable of managing teams in a construction management role with clarity and authority. Familiarity with OHmmeter use for electrical testing when required; understanding of quality control procedures in construction environments.
