Not Required Position Overview The Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely site stand-up, proper staffing, and full operational readiness. This role ensures all personnel meet required experience levels and that all installation, training, and compliance requirements are executed in accordance with USAF standards and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and management of CFT operations supporting ABOS installation Ensure timely site stand-up and operational readiness Verify all personnel possess required experience for assigned tasks Oversee quality assurance and schedule performance Identify and assign a Site Lead during site stand-up Ensure the Site Lead designates a shift point of contact when not present Communicate directly with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) regarding: Interpretation of the PWS Technical questions related to
TCTO 1T-6A-876
Site-specific operating procedures Work closely with Site Leads to ensure all training, workbooks, and requirements are completed Ensure compliance with all technical directives, safety standards, and USAF procedures Monitor concurrent aircraft modification operations Provide oversight of personnel performance and adherence to schedule
Team Leadership:
Supervise personnel at a ratio of 1:15 Provide direction and guidance to Site Leads and shift personnel Ensure clear communication between contractor team and Government stakeholders Identify risks, issues, and resource requirements and elevate as needed Maintain continuity of operations across shifts Qualifications Proven experience in aircraft maintenance leadership or supervisory roles Strong knowledge of USAF maintenance operations, technical publications, and TCTO compliance Experience leading teams in a flightline or modification environment Ability to manage operations in a high-tempo environment Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills U.S. citizenship required Job and company information not to be copied, shared, scraped, or otherwise disseminated without explicit consent of JSfirm, LLC.
