This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who can take full control of a jobsite, drive the schedule, and deliver without constant oversight. We work with repeat developers and national brands who expect speed, quality, and accountability. If you know how to run a clean, efficient project from dirt to turnover, this role is built for you. What You'll Do Lead all on-site construction activities from sitework through closeout Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and daily production Own and drive the project schedule (3-week lookaheads, recovery plans) Coordinate inspections, utilities, and city requirements in the Houston area Enforce strict safety standards on-site Work closely with Project Managers on RFIs, submittals, and change orders Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism Deliver projects on time, on budget, and ready for turnover What We're Looking For 5+ years as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects Experience with: Retail / restaurants / fuel stations Office / medical / light industrial Strong knowledge of: Site development, concrete, steel, and MEP coordination Ability to read plans, identify issues early, and solve problems fast Proven ability to manage multiple trades and keep schedules intact Familiarity with Dallas-area permitting and inspections is a plus Non-Negotiables You run your job—no babysitting required You hold subs accountable You communicate clearly and early You take ownership of results

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
