Cultivate trusted relationships with North Texas developers, landowners, municipalities, and reviewing agencies. Proactively identify new business opportunities and lead pursuit strategies for major development projects. Oversee the execution of large-scale, multi-disciplinary land development projects with strong project controls and financial performance Ensure predictable project outcomes through effective scheduling, budgeting, and risk management Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams to support long-term practice growth Mentor staff and promote a collaborative, learning-focused environment that supports career development Drive operational excellence, resource planning and compliance with company standards and industry regulations What You'll Bring Professional Engineer (PE) license required 12-20+ years of progressive experience in land development engineering Proven leadership delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects Strong credibility with North Texas developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex project portfolios Experience in business development and growing a regional practice Excellent communication, leadership presence, and emotional intelligence W ork Environment + Physical Demands Work is primarily performed in an office setting with standard physical requirements such as sitting, typing, and extended computer use.
