Full-Time About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex Data Center construction projects . This opportunity is with a well-established electrical contractor specializing in mission-critical facilities and delivering high-profile projects throughout the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, proven project leadership abilities, and experience managing the unique demands of Data Center projects.
Please Note:
Data Center and Electrical Construction experience are required for this position. Responsibilities Manage all phases of electrical Data Center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts. Coordinate project activities with owners, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel. Review and manage contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Oversee procurement of electrical equipment and long-lead materials. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting cost, quality, or schedule. Ensure compliance with safety programs, quality standards, and project requirements. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Manage project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and billing. Mentor and support project engineers and field teams. Qualifications Electrical construction experience is required. Data Center construction experience is required. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and mission-critical infrastructure. Experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar software. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
