With a strong track record in regulated environments such as aerospace, life sciences, and semiconductor facilities, the business is known for combining in‑house engineering, construction, and commissioning expertise. Job Description As a Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of projects from pre‑construction through handover, working closely with engineering, site, and client stakeholders. Manage the full project lifecycle on industrial, manufacturing, and cleanroom facilities Lead cost control, program management, procurement, and change management Coordinate with internal engineering, construction, and commissioning teams Act as the primary client interface, ensuring strong communication and delivery certainty Oversee subcontractor performance, safety, and quality standards Support pre‑construction activities including budgeting, scheduling, and risk reviews Contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial project culture with a solutions‑focused mindset MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Project Manager role, we are seeking: 5+ years' experience delivering construction projects in an industrial or technical environment Background in manufacturing, design‑build, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or aerospace facilities preferred Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor packages end‑to‑end Engineering or construction‑related degree desirable but not essential Strong commercial awareness and client‑facing capability Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a "no‑ego" team approach Exposure to fast‑paced, technically demanding project environments What's on Offer $125k-$155k base salary Company vehicle OR truck allowance Gas card Toll tag Project Profitability Bonus 401k with great matching Fully paid healthcare for employee Dental, Vision
