Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with client specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards. Supervise and direct subcontractors and construction crews, emphasizing safe manual handling practices and proper use of power tools. Hands-on experience with power tools, heavy lifting techniques, climbing equipment, and respiratory protection gear used in construction environments. Ability to read construction plans accurately while coordinating multiple teams simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
