Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial stone fabrication and installation projects from contract award through project completion. This role coordinates project schedules, fabrication activities, field installation, subcontractors, vendors, and customer communications to ensure projects are completed safely, on time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage multiple stone fabrication and installation projects simultaneously. Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and project requirements. Develop project schedules and coordinate fabrication and installation timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, architects, general contractors, and vendors. Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules. Monitor project progress and resolve issues impacting scope, schedule. Conduct project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout fabrication and installation. Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. 3+ years of project management experience Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings. Strong knowledge of project scheduling and budgeting principles. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with management software. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
