Job Description
E-Distribution is a small business in Garland, TX. We are professional, agile and our goal is to align customers' needs with the priority and workload management of our internal teams. We market to warehouse/distribution customers in need of racking systems, building and personnel protective steel structures. This is facilitated through the procurement of products from our vendor network, or our in-house fabrication facility. Salary listed is base pay with commissions based on savings to cost identified and negotiated by the manager.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee project activities from start to finish
- Collaborate with project team members including customers, sales and accounting, to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including milestones and deadlines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct research and gather information to support project planning and decision-making
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and vendors
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and quality standards
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite and Adobe tools
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

$55,000.00- $70,000.
