Known for repeat clients, long‑term leadership, and a safety‑first culture Lead multiple ground‑up commercial projects with autonomy and support About Our Client Well‑established, growth‑oriented commercial General Contractor with a strong Texas presence Known for repeat clients, long‑term leadership, and a safety‑first culture Specialises in ground‑up commercial projects including retail, restaurant, and fuel station construction Entrepreneurial environment with strong processes and accountability Job Description Lead project planning, execution, and close‑out to meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations Manage and support Project Superintendents throughout construction and close‑out Develop and maintain master project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Oversee contract administration, including purchase orders, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and close‑out documentation Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, authorities having jurisdiction, subcontractors, and vendors Conduct weekly owner-architect-contractor meetings and internal financial and schedule reviews Collaborate with estimating teams during preconstruction, bidding, and buy‑out phases Proactively visit jobsites to monitor progress, safety, quality, and coordination MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of Project Manager experience with a commercial General Contractor Proven success delivering profitable, ground‑up commercial construction projects Experience in restaurant, retail, and fuel station construction strongly preferred Strong knowledge of construction documents, means and methods, and trade coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction accounting and project management software (SAGE experience preferred) Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple schedules and budgets simultaneously Willingness to travel to active project sites on occasion; overnight travel may be required What's on Offer Project completion bonuses Good Healthcare 401k with matching $700/month Truck allowance and gas card Tech package 3 weeks Paid Time Off Apply today for your resume to be considered within 48 hours!
