Job Description Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Resolve any project-related issues or delays promptly and effectively. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records. Knowledge of sectors such as K-12, municipal, higher education, or healthcare. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
