Job Description Lead on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage subcontractors and crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to maintain clear communication. Monitor project progress and address potential challenges proactively. Oversee site inspections and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams to drive performance and efficiency. Ensure proper documentation of project activities and updates. Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality work in line with client expectations. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Superintendent should have: Experience with construction projects in K-12, municipal, higher education, and healthcare sectors. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools. A commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
