Job Description Lead and manage on-site construction activities for healthcare projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain workflows. Monitor safety compliance and enforce regulations on-site. Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation. Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Travel as required to oversee multiple project sites. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Healthcare Superintendent should have: Experience with managing healthcare-related construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel frequently to project sites as required. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
