Job Description
Luxury Custom Home Superintendent A respected custom home builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from start to finish. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day construction activities from start to completion Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and jobsite coordination Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to quality standards Review plans, specifications, and construction details Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and project milestones Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Communicate with homeowners, architects, designers, and project management Manage punch lists and final project completion Qualifications 5+ years of residential construction experience Proven experience building luxury custom homes Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Compensation & Benefits Competitive, industry-leading compensation Comprehensive benefits package High-end custom home projects Strong team culture and career growth opportunities All conversations are strictly confidential.
